Chef Sophie was born and raised in Paris, France.
Her greatest passion in life is sharing her love of cooking with others.

She graduated in 2017 with a degree in culinary Art and science from SDCC.
There she mastered food and safety and HACCP sanitation, and Nutrition Principal in cooking and baking.
BIOGRAPHY
Chef Sophie worked in a surgical office while she was living in Nice, France and it is there that she became specialized in sanitation and sterilization. However once she moved to Austin, Texas she realized she had such a passion for cooking it caused her to drastically change career paths and she began working as a pastry chef in a restaurant.
She then moved with her family to San Diego, California where she has been cooking for families and friends for over 21 years. She has provided creative and healthy meals for busy families as well as caters to dietary needs.
